“No pain, no gain” does not apply to us Lupus patients. We do need to be mindful of how far to push, especially if we have excess “load”, i.e. weight gained from our inability to move and from taking Prednisone.

Moving is fundamental to our health, especially for those of us with Lupus. But it’s also important to keep a balance to ensure that we are not creating too much inflammation.
