Too often I see students in Yoga who focus on the final expression of the pose at the expense of their joints.

Let’s not focus on the full expression of any yoga pose. Instead let’s focus on simple yoga exercises that  will build posture, stability, and balance.

Once you master the fundamentals, you’ll begin to build true strength.
