Most of us sit down almost all day. Sitting all day on a regular basis can be detrimental to our physical health.

While we are sitting, our joints are decompressed. This is especially true for the spine. Overtime spinal compression puts pressure on the spinal cord, which can cause tingling, numbness, and pain.

It’s important to get up and move around, or at least do some stretching, every hour.
