Yoga for Gratitude

With Thanksgiving around the corner, I thought it would be good to focus on gratitude, as I’ve learned personally that daily practice of gratitude can have amazing healing effects on our body, especially for those of us with Lupus. I am thankful for all of you, our tribe, and for our shared experiences that have shaped exactly who we are and who we are to become. Happy Thanksgiving!
